Super Junior Full Discography

Hello guys! Yes I’m pretty bored, so I made a list of Super Junior full discography here. I actually copied from Wikipedia and other sources, and I also added some songs that are not mentioned.

For the Super Junior Super Show Tour Album category, I separated the live version audios to studio version audios. I provided playlist links for the live version audios.

I added YouTube links from various users so that you can listen to the songs. If you are going to take the videos out, please credit them. I will try to provide download links if I can, but I think it’s impossible because I might have a problem on copyright or something.

I will provide links for the lyrics if I can. 🙂

I know that it is too late to compile this but this is for the sake of the new fans or the other fans who want to listen to Super Junior songs. Of course, this is also for the sake of the current fans who miss listening to other songs of Super Junior.

If I have mistakes on the title or the links or anything, or if I missed some songs, kindly comment so that I can fix them. This will also be constantly updated, if anything comes. Thank you!

(MOD POST) Happy Birthday Kim Kibum!

Woah. I was really surprised when he tweeted this yesterday, “Oh, it’s my birthday already.” Yeah, time flies so fast.

Happy birthday Kibum! 25 years of living, well, 24.

I hope you would live your 25th years with happiness. And also, I wish you luck for your new drama. We will look forward to it.

Especially when you unite with other members. 😦

(MOD POST) Happy 24th Birthday, Kibum!

Is it 24th? Fail. Yeah. As far as I know it’s… August 21, 1987, right? I’m a failure in Math. LOL. So plus 1 year… then 24 in Korea, and 23 here, right?

Anyway, happy birthday to our dear member, Kim Kibum…

I miss him… and because he was at the SS3 in Seoul, I definitely wanted to see him personally. Of course performing on sage with Super Junior, even eat or drink with them, and/or act on television dramas again. Well, I rarely see this guy except in those event pictures…

To be honest, I am ‘nagtatampo’ (There is no translation for tampo in English, but it means something between irritated and mad.) because of him, being MIA in SJ and him being present in other events. He is still a member of SuJu afterall. But… I learned that I don’t have he right to intervene with his life and his career. And he is old enough already to know what are the right things to do.

I appreciate him as a person, and that’s important right? It will come a point that I know… he is going to be back again, whether in acting or with SuJu. I know a lot of people will support him, right? And ELFs, you give him a chance right? He has proved to us that he doesn’t forget about SJ and us, right?

Kim Kibum… do your best. I know you always do. Stay healthy and we will pray for your success. I love you!

Saengil Chukha Hamnida, Kibum~!

P.S. My special friend misses you. And she wants you to be back. 😀

Kibum and His Dream Career as an Actor

Kim Kibum and the Dream Career as an Actor

Kibum “Actually, I’m not good at singing or dancing. But when I get to work with friends, everyone will support me and that makes everything comes out smoothly.”

In ‘Jumunjin’, Kibum is cast as a spirit; a role about a man who has become a spirit after the separation from his loved one, which is totally different from ‘Flower Boys’; starring Super Junior.

Kibum “I’m very pressured and stressful to be cast as a leading role in Jumunjin. The scripts are quite complicated and hard to appreciate. Because this is such a normal role, to express normal feelings to the audience is even harder than playing a complex role. [despite all that] I want to try once. To be a good actor, you must try to act in a harder role, follow the experienced one [note: he means, to learn from experienced actors], and listen to the senior’s suggestions. I believe a very good and successful actor must have had a beginning like me.”

For Kibum, he didn’t debut as a singer for Super Junior boy band but he began his journey on the entertainment path with a role in a TV series; ‘April Kiss’, at the age of 16. At that time, acting is just for the earnings, not because of the love in doing so.

Kibum “When I was in America, my parents’ relationship affected my study. Therefore, I began to have a thought of coming back to Korea to work as an actor and earn myself a living. At that time, I didn’t have any other thoughts. When someone offered me a job, I would only ask ‘Does the earnings good?’ and now I’m standing here [note: he means, those makes he reaches his present point].”

An interview about the film, Jumunjin.

The role
Kibum “I’m cast as a spirit; a man who changed himself into a spirit. In fact, this role has very few ‘speaking’ cues. Much to be expressed is emotions. I had to scream and howl a lot! (laugh). During the filming, the scripts were changed in 27 parts. I had to adjust myself to the change. Very challenging.”

The long hair we saw in the film, is that your real hair?
Kibum “Yes, it’s my real hair. When I had to grow my hair long, I came to understand women more (laugh). The washing and the blow-drying are so troubling. Especially when having meals, the hair would drop into my mouth (laugh). From now on, when I see women with long hair, I will have a more considerate thought towards them [note: a more considerate thought about how hard those women have to take care of their hair].”

How do you feel working with Hwang Bo-ra?
Kibum “We met for the first time in ‘Rainbow Romance’. I could feel the friendly and intimate atmospheres. At that time, she gave me a book with a message inside saying ‘Hope we have a chance to work together again’. We are now working together again. We both feel ‘eh? … we’ve already gotten this old?’”

The kissing scene with Hwang Bo-ra
Kibum “It is common for a romantic movie to have a kiss scene (smile). That scene Bo-ra slowly lied down. I and Bo-ra slowly moved closer towards each other, then sealed a kiss. If you want to see this scene, please look forward to ‘Jumunjin’.”

When Kim Kibum is in love [note: the interviewer refers to Kibum’s role in Jumunjin, not himself.]
Kibum “Even as a spirit, but a spirit with heart [can also means feeling]. In some scenes, they show that I (in the movie) am sensitive [can also means have a delicate side] like normal people. So, don’t look down on ghosts. They know how to love (laugh).”

The most favourite and impressed scene
Kibum “The scene in which the spirit disguised himself in the water. I normally like playing in the water. Never thought I would (have a chance to) soak myself during the filming. I was really excited (laugh). It is the scene that I really like and I’m very impressed.”

The most difficult thing
Kibum “The clothes. I only have two garments to wear for the whole movie. During the filming, the weather was very cold. A spirit like me had to wear light (thin) garments. It’s easy to catch a cold, so I had to take the medicine very often. But mine was still better than Bo-ra. There’s a scene which she had to run. She fell and hurt herself. The cold weather makes it more difficult for the wound to cure. I was lucky I didn’t get hurt; otherwise, it would be really bad to be both cold and hurt.”

The feeling of getting the leading role for the first time
Kibum “Of course, you must be really happy and excited for (getting the leading role for) the first time. Even though the responsibilities are much more than when I get the supporting role, this is what I’ve been waiting for. I put so much into this and I hope the response will be good and not less than I’ve expected. This is up to fans on how much they will support the film (smile)”

After ‘Jumunjin’, what have you been doing?
Kibum “After the end of Jumunjin filming, I’m cast for my first play; ‘A (Middle) Nap’ by the director Heo Jinho. The story is about the love and life of a middle aged man and woman. I’m cast as ‘Han Young Jin’; the leading role during the adolescent period. I’m quite stressful with this work because, in a play, you have to act live but I’ll do my best.”

How do you plan your acting career to be?
Kibum “I want to continuously cultivate experiences in acting. Nowadays, my acting skills are still not quite good. My acting is still being charged with ‘Cut’ very often [note: the saying of ‘cut’ from the director when you don’t act perfectly.]. I’m stressful with the job. These show that I’m still not professional enough. I’ll continue to work in this path until I’m good at this and being accepted by fans.”

Kibum, “Acting is One of Super Junior Activities”

Kim Kibum had taken a break for 9 months after MBC drama “Chun Ja’s Happy Events”. Last year, Kim Kibum was nowhere to be found when Super Junior comeback and made a hit song with “Sorry sorry”. Kim Kibum now is looking back at those time very calmly.

“I had watched a lot of plays, practiced acting and travelled back and fort to USA. It was an important time to me. I had had spare time but then I felt like I want to act the serious roles. I think it is good reward to me because now I can accomplish anything”

When being asked if he felt sad that he couldnt perform with Super Junior when they had their hit song, Kim Kibum said “I want to act more” and “I dont regret” while shaking his head, “I had watched Suju got their no.1 and I’m very happy”.

“Suju is a group that being active in many fields. I’m just the one who only want to act, but it (acting) is also a part of Suju activities. It’s not that only when Suju are on stage Suju are Suju. Shindong’s ‘PoPoPo’ is still a part of Suju activities and mine (my acting) is just the same. Of course there is chance that I will appear on the stage again but it seems that I cant do two things at the same time and both acting & singing are art.”

Kibum, “I Never Thought of Leaving Super Junior Even for Once”

Kim Kibum has expressed “I never think of quiting Super Junior just for once”.

There was doubt from fans and people in music field if Kibum had some conflict with the company so that he didnt attend the promotion of vol3 “Sorry sorry” with Super Junior . There were also rumors that he quitted Suju and not in a good terms with the other members. Kibum has been absent from Super Junior’s activities begin from first performance of “Sorry sorry” in March until the year-end music award ceremony in December.

Regarding to that problem, Kibum said “I coudlnt attend the promotion because I had to practice for the movie and the play . I think that acting is also one of various field of Super Junior’s activities. I didnt attend the music show doesnt mean I’m not a member of Super Junior”.

He continued with “I know that there are fans who say I dont quit but they’re all scared. Last month when Suju got the daesang award at Golden disk, I has called and talked with the members everyday. I may live away from them but my heart is full with joy more than anyone else”

But Kibum also said he couldnt confirm if he will attend the promotion with Super Junior from now on or not. He said “For now I only consider to attend in play and drama. I will have to talk with the company more to decide whether I will participate in vol4 or do solo activities or just focus on acting for the time being”.

He looked older than his usual age. O_O
Anyway, I’m glad that he didn’t think of leaving Super Junior.
I’ll confess, I thought about him doing that.
But… yey.
That changes everything 😛

Focus New Network Interview with Kim Kibum for Jumunjin

Watching “The phantom of the opera” to study the character

“Ghost is a person who can’t forget his ex-lover, he can’t leave a pension in the forest in Kangwondo and he lives like a phantom. Because of the acting for this character, I have to question myself continuously “I’m still alive or I’m dead. Why I am here ?”. I feel like I has become a philosophical and contemplative person”

The movie had started filming when the screenplay hadnt been finished yet. Therefore, Kim Kibum hadnt understood his character so well when he first attended the filming, moreover he is still in his early 20s’ so it was very difficult for him to use his body to express one person’s deep sorrow because of love

“During 2 months, I avoided contacting with people and spend almost the time in the dark places. I had tried my best to be able to be mysterious like the character
in the movie “The phantom of the opera” which I was recommended by the director”.

“We (Kibum & Bora) sometime drink together. Also, the winter came to Jumunjin quite soon so I remember we got to see the first snow in November”

Suju is a strong family

“I’m the one who always busy but although I dont have chance to share every small story with the other members, inside my heart Suju still exist like a strong family. This time “Jumunjin” press conference, the other members also came and gave me their support”

Challenge in director Heo Jinho’s play “A middle nap”

Not long ago, Ki Kibum has been cast in the play “A middle nap” of directer Heo Jinho. Singing, drama, movie, play…to him, the question “What do you really want to do ?” hasnt have its meaning already.

“I think it’s not important what modifier will be put in front of my name. I enjoy my life as much as I can so whatever I want and experience the happiness from that. Moreover, it’s a honor that director Heo Jinho himself had suggested me to the play so I didnt question anything and agree.”

“Everybody please stay healthy in the new year. I hope I can get healthier. It’d better begin with I should make my cold go away….”

Huwa… Phantom…~ My favorite 😀

Kim Kibum: “Jumunjin is a New Beginning to Me”

Kim Kibum has begun to show his desire. The reason why he chose “Jumunjin” is because he wanted to play an unique character. “Ghost”, an unique character who had turned himself into a ghost after parting with his lover had made Kibum read the screenplay over and over again. “I felt that he’s very special when I read the screenplay. Rather than being confident that I will do well, I chose this movie because of my big curiosity because it sounded interesting. Moreover I want to challenge myself for a leading role for the first time”.

In a isolated vacation home at Jumujin, Ghost is a endlessly waiting for his lover who had left him. For the first time in his life, Kim Kibum had to grow his hair as well as not to cut his fingernails & toenails, he had to live like Ghost’s image.

“At first he’s very manly but there are moments he’s like a girl. He’s very opposite to Jini (Hwang Bora). Because Ghost likes poem very much so I had to find and read a lot of poems. Although it’s quite hard but once I acted, everytime I felt that “Ah, it’s good, isnt it ?” I would make sure that the director will shout “OK”. That moment is very good”

Although he doesnt have lifetime love memory like Ghost but he has tried very hard for the acting of Ghost in love. He had read the screenplay with Hwang Bora all night long and continuously discussing with the director. Everytime there was thought of giving up, he always made up his mind with “I must be stronger”. Therefore, he had to suffer a pain when returning to Seoul after filming. Until now the pain hasnt gone away yet but he always thinks about “Jumunjin” as a happy thing.

“This movie is a new beginning to me. After this movie, I could realize my advantages and disadvantages. Actually before it seems that except speaking, all my acting is just crying. I had realized that how much I want to change to a character who are worry, intense and even have to quarrel”. Righ after the movie “Jumunjin”, he has been cast in the play “A middle nap” of director Heo Jinho.

“It will definitely become a good experience to me”. Kim Kibum is the person who doesnt bother himself about what other people say, if he wants to do something he will try to do it no matter what. But in return he will always try to show his best image. The moment when he could become the best is very near.

I remember I had dreamed of it… In my dream, my mother didn’t want me to watch it but instead (it’s aired at the television) she wanted me to put the channel to channel 37 (I don’t know why) and made me wash our dishes. I was pissed that time. Haha. The rest of the dream were weird, but the weirdest was Jini (played by Hwang Bora) was not Hwang Bora. Guess who? It’s CHOI SIWON. That’s one weird dream… :O
