Super Junior Reveals The Tracklist for 6Jib

It seems that I guessed wrongly that I thought that we would wait until July 1st to know the song titles. Good thing, our wait is over. The tracklist for Super Junior’s 6th album is already revealed earlier today and it is said to have ten songs in total.

The first track is of course, the title track “Sexy, Free & Single”. The song is said to have an RnB feel combined with a touch of house music that is very addicting to listen to, and it is also tells the story of free and single men. Next in the line is “From U”, which was also revealed earlier. It has a RnB feel which highlights the vocal abilities of Super Junior. The song is dedicated to ELF by narrating a story of a celebrity-fan relationship.

Aside from the title track, “Sexy, Free & Single” and the previously revealed “From U”, there is “Gulliver”, which is composed by Eunhyuk. It emphasizes the charms of the members of Super Junior similar to the story of “Gulliver Travels”. The song contains a rap of Eunhyuk, Donghae, Shindong and Leeteuk, including a wonderful vocal by Ryeowook.

Next is “Someday”, a remake of Lee Sangeun’s version. This song will surely showcase the vocals of the group.

The next one is “Now”. This song has a lively melody expressing a fun summer vacation in the beach.

“Rockstar”, meanwhile, is an electronic song with hiphop feel. It shows off the lively image and rocker charisma of the group.

The next song is “Bittersweet”. The song is sung by Super Junior KRY including Sungmin and it is said to bring out an emotional feel with its sad lyrics.

The third to the last track is “Papillon”, a dance track that cheers the listeners who have a worn out life.

The second to the last track, “Lingering”, is a touching ballad. And the last song to complete the list is “Breakup Day”.

With the diversity of genres of this album, I know that it will be another success.
